• Boarding in Lugano at 10:00 am: Pontile Vela (100 m from LAC in the direction of city hall)
• Boarding in Melide at 10:30 am: Porto Turistico - Porticciolo

General Terms and Conditions

Responsibility

• Lugano Region is only responsible for the promotion, organization of the booking and the processing of payments. Any liability for accidents or other damages caused to the client during the course of the activity is the sole responsibility of the partner responsible for conducting the activity.

Cancellation by the client

• Up to 48 hours before the activity full refund of the price paid.
• Less than 48 hours of the activity no refund will be paid.

Cancellation by Lugano Region

Lugano Region reserves the right to withdraw from the contract or cancel the activity under the following conditions:

• In case the activity includes a minimum number of participants and this is not reached, Lugano Region may cancel the contract 24 hours in advance of the activity date. In this case a full refund is guaranteed. Other claims are excluded.
• If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place Lugano Region or the partner responsible for conducting it may cancel even at short notice and offer the client another date or a full refund of the price paid.
