La Via Dei Sapori in Capriasca

Capriasca is a hilly region stretching from the north of Lugano to the beginnings of Monte Ceneri. To the south it looks towards the city of Lugano and its lake, while to the north is the imposing Monte Bar. To the west, the region extends to the Vedeggio river plain and to the east it borders on the Val Colla. A region whose territory is characterised by landscapes of rare beauty, tranquillity, natural components such as the birch, beech and chestnut forests that cover almost all the heights, but also by the signs of human activity over the centuries.
