Il rapimento del Bafalòn
Regular price
CHF 19.00
‘But who will have kidnapped the Bafalòn? For a long time, up there on Mount San Salvatore, the lantern that lit his cave has gone out. No one has met him in the woods any more; no one has seen him gathering chestnuts. But for some nights a mysterious woman's voice has been whispering a strange nursery rhyme.’
The new fairy tale tells of the disappearance of the lovable character (now famous among all the children and families in the Lugano area) and the adventure that the two little protagonists (Daphne and Timo) undertake, on a long spring night, to find him.
As in the previous fable, Monte San Salvatore, with its landscape and natural prerogatives, with the imagery that it has always been able to evoke in the minds of adults and children alike, with its ancient history, is the magical theatre of the adventure that we recount. The caves, the paths, the altitude, the forests and the rocks, the ever-changing seasons, are the living material for the narration of this new, captivating story. They are unexplored territories of our imagination where every spirit child can encounter enchanted forests, good and wise giants such as Bafalòn, wacky witches like Tersilla and brave and dreamy children like Daphne and Timo.
